Our Mission


At Sycamore Family Dentistry, we are dedicated to a few simple ideals:

  • We will do everything we can to diagnose correctly and accurately, and craft a treatment plan that is effective and comfortable for the patient.
  • We will educate our patients on all aspects of their health, and will refer to other specialists when needed. The health of the patient is our highest priority.
  • We will work with our patients’ budgets as much as possible to create a treatment plan that is both efficient and affordable, and provide written estimates for treatment before any procedure is started.

Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday and Tuesday:
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.


Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not give adequate notice, your account is subject to a $65 penalty charge. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.


Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
